Deeper Mindful Meditation 4 Week Course

This course is to support participants to continue with their mindful meditation practice and to build on the learning from the 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course and 4 week introduction to mindfulness course. The price includes the 4 classes, a booklet of notes, guided meditations and free access to the Monday evening and Thursday morning zoom practice groups.

Mindfulness course for anyone affected by cancer

This is an 8 week mindfulness course to help participants learn to gently be with the uncertainty, pain, grief or difficulty they face following their own or a loved one's cancer diagnosis. We will learn mindful meditations including mindful stretching, awareness of breath, body scan and more. In addition we will explore what helps us to take care of ourselves when things are difficult.
