Monday Meditation on Zoom.

This is a welcoming weekly class for people who would like a supportive group to practise meditation with. Practices will last between 15 and 30 minutes and will include: the body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and more. We also take time to communicate mindfully about our experience of our practice.
